摘要

表皮生长因子受体酪氨酸激酶抑制剂（EGFR-TKI）目前已广泛用于治疗EGFR突变晚期非小细胞肺癌，口腔黏膜炎（OM）是EGFR-TKI常见不良反应之一，各代EGFR-TKI相关OM发生率不尽相同（10%~70%），其中第二代药物相关OM的总发生率和三级以上OM发生率尤为显著。EGFR-TKI相关OM发生的时间多在服药2周左右，通常表现为阿弗他口腔溃疡，多伴有疼痛、口干、灼烧感、味觉改变等症状，不仅降低患者生活质量，且影响其治疗依从性和耐受性，甚至导致治疗中断。EGFR-TKI相关OM属中医学“口疮、口糜”范畴，发生机制与该药物性偏温燥、耗伤阴液有关，治疗上首倡从火论治，清上焦实火，降下焦虚火，虚实分治，三焦定位，展现了中医药治疗该病的优势。
