摘要

王笑民教授认为，癌毒是肿瘤的特异性病因，气火失调、正虚邪盛是癌毒产生的核心病机。太阳经为阳气最足、外邪首犯之处，少阳经为气机及相火之枢、表里相通之处，柴胡桂枝汤是治疗太少同病的经典方剂，因此王笑民教授在临床治疗中巧妙运用柴胡桂枝汤疏太阳经气、和少阳之火，同调气火，起到扶正气、助攻邪的作用，配合活血化瘀、清热解毒等攻邪之法，临床疗效甚佳。

Professor WANG Xiaomin believes that cancer toxin is a specific etiology of tumors， and the core pathogenesis of cancer toxin is the imbalance of

Chaihu Guizhi Decoction

Taiyang-Shaoyang

syndromes. Therefore， in clinical practice， Professor WANG Xiaomin skillfully uses

Chaihu Guizhi Decoction

to dredge meridian

from the

Taiyang

and harmonize the fire of

Shaoyang

， adjusting

and fire. This plays a key role in supporting the healthy

and assisting in attacking the evils. Together with methods such as activating blood to resolve stasis， clearing heat， and removing toxins，

Chaihu Guizhi Decoction

can achieve excellent clinical efficacy.
