摘要

骨髓增殖性肿瘤（MPN）是一组造血多能干细胞克隆性增殖的肿瘤性疾病。麻柔教授基于气运学说，认为MPN的基本病机特点为气化功能失调，主要病机是“生、长、化”太过，“收、藏”不足，血瘀贯穿疾病始终；其临床表现为“肝、心、脾”气有余，偶伴随“肺、肾”气不足；治疗以泻实为基础，用药时泻实与祛瘀同用，同时顾护脾胃之气。

Myeloproliferative neoplasms（MPN） are a group of malignant diseases characterized by clonal proliferation of hematopoietic pluripotent stem cells. Professor MA Rou used the circuits and
