摘要

糖尿病足溃疡形成，因肾阳不充，湿浊侵袭下肢，下肢诸多经络所输运的气血失于肾脏之供养。且消渴之病日久，更易伤肾瘀脉。奚九一教授倡导分期辨治，将糖尿病足坏疽分为早期、中期、晚期和恢复期，治法分别侧重于清热、补肾阳、填肾精，全程予以活血化痰治疗。用药推崇重楼、鬼针草清热解毒，附子、肉桂以温阳壮火，麻黄、细辛消散痰结，鸡血藤、红花化瘀通络，以期使肾阳得温、脉络得通、寒疽得退。

Abstract

In alignment with Professor XI Jiuyi's perspective on staging syndrome differentiation， diabetic foot gangrene is categorized into three stages： acute， remission， and stable. Treatment strategies focus on clearing heat， nourishing kidney

， and enhancing kidney essence， while the entire process is supported by promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm. For medicinal treatment， it is recommended to use

Paris polyphylla

and

Bidens pilosa

to clear heat and detoxify，

Aconitum carmichaelii

and

Cinnamomum cassia

to warm the

and strengthen vitality，

Ephedra sinica

and

Asarum heterotropoides

to dissipate phlegm accumulation，

Spatholobus suberectus

and

Carthamus tinctorius

to disperse blood stasis and dredge collateral.In order to warm the kidney
