摘要

目的

构建《肺癌常见症状中医护理技术应用方案》，凸显辨证施术的特色优势，为有效实施症状护理提供依据。

方法

成立研究小组，在文献研究的基础上结合临床实践经验初步拟定《肺癌常见症状中医护理技术应用方案》，经过2轮德尔菲专家函询、1次线下专家讨论会，对方案条目进行修改并确定最终方案。

结果

2轮德尔菲专家函询回收率均为100%，专家权威系数为0.88，肯德尔和谐系数为0.170、0.130（

0.05）。最终方案涵盖常见症状、证候类型、推荐技术、效果评价4个方面。

结论

构建的《肺癌常见症状中医护理技术应用方案》具有可靠性、针对性和可行性。

Abstract

Objective

To construct the Application Scheme of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Techniques for Common Symptoms of Lung Cancer， highlighting the distinctive advantages of syndrome differentiation and providing a basis for the effective implementation of symptom-based nursing.

Methods

A research team was established. Based on literature research and combined with clinical practice experience， a preliminary version of the Application Scheme of TCM Nursing Techniques for Common Symptoms of Lung Cancer was drafted. The items of the scheme were revised and finalized through two rounds of Delphi expert correspondence and one offline expert discussion.

Results

The response rate for both rounds of Delphi expert consultation was 100%. The expert authority coefficient was 0.88， and the Kendall’s coefficients of concordance were 0.170 and 0.130 （

0.05）. The final scheme covers four aspects， i.e.， common symptoms， syndrome types， recommended techniques， and effect evaluation.

Conclusion

The constructed Application Scheme of TCM Nursing Techniques for Common Symptoms of Lung Cancer is reliable， targeted， and feasible.
