摘要

腰椎间盘突出症（LDH）是较为常见的骨科疾病之一，近年发现该病合并抑郁状态的发生率较高，西医治疗多采用药物镇痛、理疗、手术等，合并抑郁表现多采用抗抑郁药物、情志护理或心理干预等。付国兵教授运用振腹推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并抑郁状态1例，颇具中医特色。

Abstract

Lumbar disc herniation is one of the common orthopedic diseases. In recent years， it has been found that the incidence of depression in this disease remains at a relatively high level. Western medical treatment mostly adopts drug analgesia， physical therapy， surgery， etc. The manifestations of depression are mostly concentrated in antidepressants， emotional care， or psychological intervention， etc. Professor FU Guobing is a mentor of the sixth batch of academic experience inheritance work for traditional Chinese medicine experts in Beijing and a renowned traditional Chinese medicine doctor in the capital. His application of abdominal massage to treat physical and mental diseases is quite characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine. The experience of treating one case of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion combined with a depressive state with abdominal massage is shared as follows.
