摘要

张允岭教授在临床治疗运动神经元病时，从本论治，标本兼顾。根据运动神经元病脾肾亏虚、邪气内伏，本虚标实、虚实夹杂相互致病的病机特点，施以补脾益气、清热利湿、滋阴降火、强筋壮骨、益肾化痰通络、固本通络解毒之法，将补益脾肾贯穿全程，息风、化湿、化痰、活血、通络解毒等治法随症加减。

Abstract

Professor ZHANG Yunling treats motor neuron disease in clinical practice by addressing both root causes and manifestations. Based on the pathogenesis characterized by spleen and kidney deficiency with latent pathogenic factors， as well as deficiency in root causes and excess in manifestations and deficiency-excess in complexity， he applies methods including tonifying the spleen and boosting

， clearing heat and promoting urination to remove dampness， nourishing

yin

to reduce fire， strengthening tendons and bones， benefiting the kidney， resolving phlegm， unblocking collaterals， consolidating the root， dredging collaterals， and removing toxins. The entire treatment is guided by the principle of tonifying the spleen and kidney， with supplementary therapies such as calming internal wind， resolving dampness and phlegm， activating blood， dredging collaterals， and eliminating toxins adjusted according to the symptoms.
