摘要

复发性流产为育龄期女性的常见病，其病因复杂。“三本二统”理论源于《理虚元鉴》，阐释了有关反复难治的虚证类疾病的治疗思路，而复发性流产患者有多次流产病史，气血亏损且病情易反复，可借鉴其治疗虚证类疾病的思路与调护方法。陈瑞雪教授基于“三本二统”理论，分析复发性流产虚损的成因，认为脾肾阳虚、肺肾阴虚是其核心病机，治疗上不囿于肾，主张将温阳补阴之法着眼于肺、脾、肾三脏，其疗效显著，为临床诊治复发性流产提供诊疗思路。

Abstract

Recurrent abortion is a common disease in women of childbearing age with a complex etiology. The theory of "three basics and two systems"， originating from Discernment of Deficiency Syndromes （

Lixu Yuanjian

）， explains the treatment ideas for repeatedly difficult-to-treat deficiency syndromes. Patients with recurrent abortion often have a history of multiple miscarriages，

and blood deficiency， and a tendency for recurrence. Their treatment can refer to the approaches and nursing methods for deficiency syndromes described in this theory. Based on the "three basics and two systems" theory， professor CHEN Ruixue analyzed the causes of deficiency damage in recurrent abortion and identified spleen and kidney

deficiency and lung and kidney

yin

deficiency as the core pathogenesis. In treatment， she does not limit the focus to the kidney but advocates warming

yang

and nourishing

yin

with emphasis on the lung， spleen， and kidney. Her approach has shown remarkable efficacy and provides a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of recurrent abortion.
