摘要

三焦作为一个有机整体，主持诸气，总司人体的气化。三焦气化理论强调人体水液代谢的协调平衡，与原发性膜性肾病的中医核心病机——水液代谢失衡密切相关。温阳解表法通过温阳散寒、解表祛邪，恢复三焦气化功能，促进水液代谢平衡，用于治疗原发性膜性肾病疗效显著。基于三焦气化理论辨治原发性膜性肾病，上焦宣肺、化气利水，中焦运脾、调畅气机，下焦益肾、温阳化积，另外，注重风药的运用。

Abstract

Triple energizer， as an integrated organic system， governs all

and oversees the body's

transformation. The theory of

transformation of the triple energizer emphasizes the coordinated balance of water metabolism， which is closely related to the core pathogenesis of primary membranous nephropathy in traditional Chinese medicine， i.e.， water metabolism imbalance. The method of warming

yang

and releasing the exterior， by warming

yang

， dispelling cold， and eliminating pathogenic factors， restores the

transformation function of the triple energizer and promotes the balance of water metabolism， demonstrating significant efficacy in treating primary membranous nephropathy. Based on the theory of

transformation of the triple energizer， the treatment of primary membranous nephropathy involves ventilating lung and transforming

to regulate water in the upper energizer； transporting the spleen and smoothing

movement in the middle energizer； benefiting the kidney， warming

yang

， and resolving accumulation in the lower energizer. Additionally， emphasis is placed on the use of wind-dispelling medicines.
