摘要

快速型合并缓慢型心律失常表现为心悸症状，其发病受多种社会因素影响。从“阳化气，阴成形”分析其病机核心为阳气不足、营卫不和，渐成阴邪凝聚，脉道不利；后期为阴阳互损，寒热虚实错杂。结合其病机，当以温阳化气贯穿始终，并根据病程阶段和个体特征采用宽胸涤痰、活血祛瘀、理气解郁等治法。病情后期当阴阳同调、寒热并用、寓通于补。

Abstract

Tachyarrhythmia combined with bradycardiac arrhythmia is a complex palpitation influenced by multiple social factors. From the perspective of "

yang

transforming

while

yin

constituting form"， its core pathogenesis is insufficiency of

yang qi

and disharmony between nutrient and defense， gradually resulting in condensation of

yin

evil andimpaired pulse pathways. In the later stage， there is mutual damage of

yin

and

yang

， with a mixture of cold and heat deficiency and excess. According to the pathogenesis， warming

yang

and transforming

should be emphasized throughout the treatment， combined with methods such as broadening the chest and removing phlegm， activating blood circulation to remove stasis， regulating

， and relieving depression based on the disease stage and individual characteristics. In the late stage of the disease，

yin

and

yang

should be harmonized， cold and heat treated simultaneously， and unblocking incorporated into tonification.
