摘要

国医大师柴嵩岩结合女性生理周期血海消长变化的特点，通过灵活调整脏腑气化功能治疗多囊卵巢综合征，其认为“阳化气”不利为本证，“阴成形”太过为标证，治当温阳化气、升清降浊，临证时不仅配合脏腑特性调整气化；同时需遵循月经周期的规律，调整气化的健运状态；还要结合多囊卵巢综合征的高异质性特点，辨析气化的异常趋势，灵活用药引导气化方向。为临床辨治多囊卵巢综合征提供了思路。

Abstract

Master of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） CHAI Songyan， based on the characteristics of changes in the "blood sea" during the female physiological cycle， treats polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） by flexibly regulating the

transformation function of the

Zang-fu

organs. She holds that the inability of

yang

to transform

is the fundamental syndrome， while excessive

yin

formation is the secondary manifestation. Treatment should focus on warming

yang

to transform

， lifting the clear， and descending the turbid. Clinically， attention should be given not only to the effects of Chinese medicine on

transformation， with adjustments made according to the functional characteristics of the

Zang-fu

organs， but also to following the regularity of the menstrual cycle to maintain healthy

operation. Moreover， considering the high heterogeneity of PCOS， abnormal trends in

transformation should be analyzed， and medication flexibly adjusted to guide the direction of

transformation. This approach provides a framework for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of PCOS.
