摘要

人巨细胞病毒感染患者，外感后出现反复发热，辗转多家医院未能明确病因，行抗感染、抗炎等治疗，效果不佳。根据其症状、体征及舌脉特点辨证，运用“清化透补法”，在清透郁热、清化湿浊、滋补阴津诊疗思路的指导下，取得良好的临床疗效。积极明确病因，对于中医药辨治人巨细胞病毒感染引起的发热有重要意义。

Abstract

A case of fever caused by human cytomegalovirus infection is reported. The patient developed recurrent fever following an external pathogenic attack and， after visiting multiple hospitals， the cause remained unclear. Treatment with anti-infective and anti-inflammatory medications was ineffective. Based on the patient's symptoms， physical signs， and tongue and pulse characteristics， the clearing， resolving， expelling， and tonifying methods were applied. Guided by the principles of clearing constrained heat， resolving dampness turbidity， and nourishing

yin

and body fluids， satisfactory clinical outcomes were achieved. Actively identifying the cause of the illness provides clinical reference for the diagnosis

and treatment of fever caused by human cytomegalovirus infection in traditional Chinese medicine.
