摘要

鼻腔冲洗是治疗鼻部疾病的有效方法，目前有生理盐水鼻腔冲洗、高渗盐水冲洗、药物鼻腔冲洗等方法。中药鼻腔冲洗剂能起到局部抗炎及促进术腔黏膜上皮化的作用。中药鼻腔冲洗液通常采用清热燥湿、芳香通窍、活血类的中药。鼻腔冲洗的给药方式可以使药物的有效成分直接作用于病变黏膜，提高了药物局部治疗效果。目前临床多根据证型选用自制的鼻用中药制剂、临床常用成方或中成药制成的鼻腔用液，常用于鼻鼽、鼻渊的治疗。

Abstract

Nasal irrigation is an effective method for treating nasal disease

s.Current methods include normal saline irrigation， hypertonic saline irrigation， and medicated nasal irrigation.The active components of Chinese medicine nasal irrigation agents can exert local anti-inflammatory effects and promote epithelialization of the surgical cavity.Chinese medicine nasal irrigation solutions typically use herbs that clear heat， dry dampness，open the orifices， and promote blood circulation.This method allows the active ingredients to act directly on the diseased mucosa，enhancing local therapeutic effects. Clinically，commonly used Chinese medicine nasal irrigation agents include self-prepared nasal formulas selected according to syndrome differentiation，frequently used classical prescriptions，or Chinese patent medicines，and are often applied in the treatment of

Biqiu

（allergic rhinitis）and

Biyuan

（chronic sinusitis）.
