摘要

间质性肺疾病（interstitial lung disease，ILD）是一组异质性疾病，王檀教授将ILD归属于中医学“肺痹”范畴，认为“肺气不足，腠理不固”为发病基础，强调“阳虚肺寒、肺络痹阻”为病机关键，确立了以“先清后补、内清外透、净则温通”的治疗原则，分“两期七证”辨证论治，取得了满意临床疗效。

Abstract

Interstitial lung disease （ILD） is a heterogeneous group of disorders. Professor WANG Tan categorizes ILD within the scope of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） as "lung impediment". He considers "lung

deficiency and unsteady striae and interstice" as the basis of pathogenesis， and emphasizes "

yang

deficiency with lung cold and obstruction of the lung collaterals" as the key pathological mechanism. He has established the treatment principle of "clearing first， then tonifying； internal clearing and external dispersing； purification leads to warming and unblocking"， and applies a "two-stage， seven-syndrome" framework for differentiation and treatment， achieving satisfactory clinical outcomes.
