摘要

乳房切除术后淋巴水肿综合征是乳腺癌患者常见的慢性并发症，随着乳腺癌患者生存期的延长，该病对患者生活质量的影响加重，早期诊断与治疗显得尤为重要。本共识基于临床证据，融合中西医诊疗理念，充分吸纳专家的临床经验与专业意见，形成统一的诊疗建议，旨在为临床实践提供科学指导，提高治疗效果，优化患者管理，切实减轻患者身心负担。

Abstract

Post-mastectomy lymphedema syndrome is a common chronic complication in breast cancer patients. As the survival rate of breast cancer patients increases， the impact of this condition on patients' quality of life intensifies， making early diagnosis and treatment especially important. This consensus is based on clinical evidence， integrating the diagnostic and treatment principles of both Chinese and Western medicine. It fully incorporates expert clinical experience and professional opinions to form unified clinical recommendations. The goal is to provide scientific guidance for clinical practice， improve treatment outcomes， optimize patient management， and effectively reduce the physical and psychological burden on patients.
