摘要

魏玮教授基于国医大师路志正“顾润燥、纳化常”理论，结合胃食管反流病的生理、病理特点，总结出脾胃润燥失常、升降乖违是胃食管反流病的重要病理特点，并采用滋阴润燥、降气和中、健脾升清治则治法指导临床用药，疗效颇佳。

Abstract

WEI Wei， based on the theory of "nourishing moisture to relieve dryness， maintaining normal reception and transformation" by traditional Chinese medicine master LU Zhizheng， combines the physiological and pathological characteristics of gastroesophageal reflux disease （GERD） to summarize that the key pathological features of GERD are the disorder of spleen and stomach moistening and drying， as well as the imbalance in the ascending and descending functions. Professor WEI Wei adopts the treatment principles of nourishing

yin

， moistening dryness， regulating

and the middle， strengthening the spleen， and lifting the clear to guide clinical medication， achieving excellent clinical efficacy.
