摘要

糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症之一。倪青教授认为DPN病位在营血，热入营血、耗伤营阴是其重要病理环节，痰瘀胶结、三焦壅塞是其主要病因，卫分郁闭、邪热难透是其发病关键。将《温热论》“泄卫透营”法运用于DPN的治疗之中，通过轻宣透泄、泄痰消瘀、复元固本等方法调畅营卫，进而改善DPN的症状。

Abstract

Diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN） is one of the common chronic complications of diabetes. Professor NI Qing believes that the disease locates in the nutrient and blood， with heat entering the nutrient and blood and consuming the nutritional
