摘要

盆腔炎性疾病为性活跃期女性的临床常见病，目前西医治疗存在盆腔组织粘连、抗菌药物使用率高及易发生诸多后遗症等问题，严重影响女性生殖健康。从中医角度来看，盆腔炎性疾病临床表现与“妇人热入血室”相似，将“热入血室”理论应用到盆腔炎性疾病的辨证论治中，从症状及病因两个方面分析热入血室与盆腔炎性疾病的相关性，并提出妇人热入血室实乃少阳枢机不利为病。治疗当以和解枢机为主要治法，以和解枢机、散热与血结为治疗主体思路。驱散外邪方面注意轻清解表、引邪以出血室；平素体虚者求汗于血、养血以补血室，以防发汗伤血；同时注重活血化瘀，导泄伏瘀血室之邪，驱邪与扶正兼具，以期为中医药辨治盆腔炎性疾病提供新思路。

Abstract

Pelvic inflammatory disease （PID） is a common clinical condition in sexually active women. Currently， Western medicine faces challenges such as pelvic tissue adhesions， high rates of antibiotic usage， and numerous sequelae， all of which severely impact women's reproductive health. The clinical manifestations of PID are similar to the condition described as "heat entering the blood chamber in women". The theory of "heat entering the blood chamber" is applied to the syndrome differentiation and treatment of PID. This paper analyzes the correlation between "heat entering the blood chamber" and PID from both the symptomatic and etiological perspectives， proposing that "heat entering the blood chamber in women" is， in fact， a disease caused by the dysfunction of the

shaoyang

pivot. The treatment should focus on reconciling the

shaoyang

pivot as the primary approach， with the main therapeutic idea being to reconcile the

shaoyang

pivot， disperse heat， and resolve blood stagnation. In terms of expelling external pathogens， attention should be paid to lightly clearing the exterior and guiding the evil out of the blood chamber. For patients with a generally weak constitution， the focus should be on inducing sweating to expel pathogens and nourishing the blood to replenish the blood chamber， in order to prevent sweating from harming the blood. At the same time， the promotion of blood circulation and the resolution of blood stasis shoul

d be emphasized， along with the expulsion of the evil in the blood chamber.

The treatment should aim to expel evil and strengthen the body， providing a new approach for the treatment of PID with traditional Chinese medicine.
