摘要

薄型子宫内膜不孕症的核心病机呈现虚实夹杂的特征，以肾精亏虚为根本，气血瘀滞为表象。“地利”指代胞宫处于精满血盈、气血畅行之态，使内膜具备良好摄精及容受胚胎“种子”的能力，此与“子宫内膜容受性”理念相契合。据此，金哲教授确立补肾填精、化瘀通络的治疗总则。在具体施治时，若以虚损为主，则以补肾填精为核心，兼顾消法于补法之中，常以天山安荣汤化裁；若瘀滞重于亏虚，则以化瘀通络为要，佐以补法于消法之内，多用卷柏丸加减。同时，金哲教授重视根、茎、叶、花、果类中药的运用，并结合药理学研究成果，且依据月经周期阴阳消长规律分阶段论治，进而达到调经助孕之目的。
