摘要

北京中医药大学与北京中医医院合作在全国中医院校首创“5+3”京华中医传承班中医培养新模式，该模式是传统“师带徒”模式和院校教育模式的结合。该模式将“早临床、多临床”和院校教育考核评价体系相结合的方式，有效弥补了两种传统模式的不足，同时以“多带一”的形式进行培养，为中医药高等教育提供了新思路，将医学教育模式向多学科协作的未来医疗发展趋势靠拢，将教育学生向培养国医大师的方向推进。该模式已向医院和高等学校输送了一批优秀的中医药人才，成果值得肯定。

Abstract

Beijing University of Chinese Medicine， in collaboration with Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）， has pioneered the "5+3 Jinghua TCM Heritage Class" in TCM colleges nationwide， establishing a new training TCM model. This model integrates the advantages of the traditional "tutor and apprentice" system with the college education system. It combines the "early clinical and multi-clinical" approach with the college education evaluation system， effectively addressing the shortcomings of the two traditional modes， and implements a "multiple tutors for one student" training format. This provides new ideas for higher education in TCM， aligns the education model with the future trend of multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment， and advances student training toward cultivating masters of TCM. The model has already delivered a group of outstanding TCM talents to hospitals and universities， and its achievements are worthy of recognition.
