摘要

儿童特应性皮炎是一种常见的慢性炎症性皮肤病，其发病机制涉及免疫失衡和肠道菌群紊乱。心肾相交、水火互济是维持机体阴阳平衡的核心要素，而“水火未济”状态下的心脾肾三脏功能失调，与肠道菌群失衡、儿童AD的发病及进程紧密相关。徐佳教授基于“水火既济”目的创制了滋水清心饮，通过“滋肾水、清心火、运脾胃”多脏同调，能有效缓解AD临床症状并降低复发频率，有望为AD患儿肠道菌群调节开辟新途径。

Abstract

Pediatric atopic dermatitis （AD） is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease， the pathogenesis of which involves immune imbalance and gut microbiota dysbiosis. The interaction between the heart and kidneys and the mutual coordination of water and fire are core elements in maintaining the body's yin-yang balance. In the state of "disharmony between water and fire"， functional dysfunction of the heart， spleen， and kidneys is closely associated with gut microbiota imbalance as well as the onset and progression of pediatric AD. Based on the therapeutic goal of restoring "harmony between water and fire"， Professor XU Jia developed

Zishui Qingxin Decoction

， which achieves multi-organ regulation through "nourishing kidney water， clearing heart fire， and regulating the spleen and stomach". This formula can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms of AD and reduce recurrence frequency， and it is expected to provide a new therapeutic approach for regulating gut microbiota in children with AD.
