摘要

良性前列腺增生（BPH）是较为常见的泌尿男科疾病，影响中老年男性患者的生活质量。近年来，本病病因病机渐趋复杂化，郭军教授基于“脑-心-肾-精室”轴理论将本病进行分型辨治，认为本病本虚在肾，邪实在精室，且与脑心失调、脑肾失济等密切相关；并在此基础上，针对特定证型拟定了“补肾填精，通利精室”“脑心同调”“补肾填精，荣养脑髓”等治法，恢复精室的生理功能。

Abstract

Benign prostatic hyperplasia is a relatively common urological and andrological disorder that affects the quality of life of middle-aged and elderly male patients. In recent years， its etiology and pathogenesis have become increasingly complex. Based on the "brain-heart-kidney-essence chamber" axis theory， Professor GUO Jun applies syndrome differentiation for classification and treatment of this disease， holding that the root deficiency lies in the kidney， while pathogenic excess resides in the essence chamber， and that it is closely associated with brain-heart disharmony and brain-kidney imbalance. On this basis， targeted therapeutic methods have been formulated for specific syndromes， including "tonifying the kidney and filling essence， and unblocking the essence chamber"， "simultaneously regulating the brain and heart"， and "tonifying the kidney and filling essence， and nourishing the brain and marrow"， thereby restoring the physiological function of the essence chamber.
