摘要

免疫失衡会影响卵子成熟、胚胎种植及胎儿的发育，是复发性流产发生的重要原因。免疫异常与正气不足关系密切，异常炎症反应会导致母体“敌我不分”，与邪毒阻滞胞宫，损害胎儿的机制相同。免疫相关疾病的病理特点与“伏邪”致病相似，均具有隐匿性、动态时空性、自我积聚性。潜伏期邪伏虚体，正气存内，邪气不显，隐匿难辨；发病期邪气久羁，日渐强盛，克伐正气，种子难留；终末期，正气大伤，气血匮乏，数孕数堕。治疗上应结合孕产周期，流产后活血消积，荡涤瘀血陈莝；孕前期调和阴阳，恢复免疫平衡；备孕期扶阳育卵，顺时交合以助孕；妊娠期安胎培元，保胎与治病并举。

Abstract

Modern medicine holds that immune imbalance can affect oocyte maturation， embryo implantation， and fetal development， and is an important cause of recurrent miscarriage. Immune abnormalities are closely associated with deficiency of healthy

Abnormal inflammatory responses may lead to a state in which the maternal body "fails to distinguish self from non-self"， a mechanism similar to pathogenic toxins obstructing the uterus and damaging the fetus. The pathological characteristics of immune-related diseases are similar to those of "latent pathogens"， both of which are characterized by concealment， dynamic spatiotemporal variability， and self-accumulation. In the latent stage， pathogenic factors remain hidden in a deficient body， are difficult to detect， while healthy

is preserved internally and pathogenic factors are not manifest； in the active stage， pathogenic factors persist over time， gradual

After miscarriage， the approach focuses on promoting blood circulation and eliminating accumulation to remove residual blood stasis； in the pre-pregnancy stage， it emphasizes harmonizing yin and yang to restore immune balance； during the preparation period， it supports yang and nourishes oocytes， facilitating conception through appropriately timed intercourse； and during pregnancy， it focuses on calming the fetus and strengthening the constitution， combining fetal protection with treatment of the underlying disease.
