摘要

目的

观察经穴推拿技术预防肾穿刺活检术后尿潴留的临床效果。

方法

选取2020年10月―2024年3月在中国中医科学院广安门医院肾病科行肾穿刺活检术的患者60例，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各30例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上给予经穴推拿技术干预。对比2组疗效、术后首次自主排尿时间、膀胱残余尿量、尿潴留情况、疼痛评估量表（NRS）评分。

结果

观察组临床总有效率为93.3%，高于对照组的70.0%（

0.05）。观察组自主排尿时间短于对照组，自主排尿患者膀胱残余尿量少于对照组（

0.05）。观察组干预后NRS评分低于干预前，且低于对照组（

0.05）；对照组干预前后NRS评分比较，差异无统计学意义（

0.05）。

结论

经穴推拿技术可以预防肾穿刺活检术后患者发生尿潴留，缩短首次自主排尿时间，提高排尿成功率。

Abstract

Objective

To observe the clinical effect of acupoint massage therapy in preventing urinary retention after renal biopsy.

Methods

Sixty patients who underwent renal biopsy in the Department of Nephrology at Guang'anmen Hospital， China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences， between October 2020 and March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group， with 30 cases in each group， according to a random number table. The control group received routine nursing care， while the observation group received acupoint massage therapy in addition to routine nursing care. Clinical efficacy， time to first spontaneous urination after surgery， residual bladder urine volume， incidence of urinary retention， and Numerical Rating Scale （NRS） scores were compared between the two groups.

Results

The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.3%， which was higher than the 70.0% in the control group （

0.05）. The time to spontaneous urination in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group， and the residual bladder urine volume in patients with spontaneous urination was lower than that in the control group （

0.05）. After intervention， the NRS score in the observation group was lower than that before intervention and lower than that in the control group （

0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in NRS scores before and after intervention in the control group （

0.05）.

Conclusion

Acupoint massage therapy can prevent urinary retention after renal biopsy， shorten the time to first spontaneous urination， and improve the success rate of urination.
