摘要

李海松教授认为，伴有焦虑抑郁的慢性前列腺炎患者，其核心病机为肝郁肾虚血瘀。据此，李教授提出从虚、瘀角度治疗的思路，在疾病早期即应疏肝理气、补肾活血，提早干预患者的精神及机体状态；在疾病治疗全程注重疏肝理气、活血化瘀、祛邪补虚，中西汇通，分阶段、分证型辨治。

Abstract

Professor LI Haisong believes that the core pathogenesis of chronic prostatitis accompanied by anxiety and depression is liver

stagnation， kidney deficiency， and blood stasis. Based on the perspectives of deficiency and blood stasis， he proposes a therapeutic approach in which soothing the liver and regulating

， tonifying the kidney， and promoting blood circulation should be initiated in the early stage of the disease to provide early intervention for both the psychological and physical condition of patients. Throughout the entire course of treatment， emphasis is placed on soothing the liver and regulating

， promoting blood

circulation and removing blood stasis， eliminating pathogenic factors and reinforcing deficiency， while integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine and adopting stage-based and syndrome-based treatment strategies.
