摘要

营卫、脏腑与经络密切相关，在维持气血运行中发挥重要作用。营卫不和、经络闭塞为周围血管病的核心病机。津沽疮疡学术流派张朝晖教授提出调和营卫、益气生络为本病治疗的基本大法，同时注重健脾疏肝、调心理肺、化痰除湿、活血消癥，配合虫类、藤类药入络，直达病所，使营卫和谐、脏腑通调、络脉畅达，促进微小血管生成，建立侧支循环，以治疗本病。

Abstract

Nutrient and defense， the

Zang-fu

organs， and the meridians and collaterals are closely interconnected and play important roles in maintaining the circulation of

and blood. Disharmony of nutrient and defense together with obstruction of the meridians and collaterals constitutes the core pathogenesis of peripheral vascular diseases. Professor ZHANG Zhaohui of the Jingu Academic School of Sores and Ulcers proposed harmonizing nutrient and defense and benefiting

to generate collaterals as the fundamental therapeutic principles for this disease. At the same time， emphasis is placed on strengthening the spleen and soothing the liver， regulating the heart and lung， resolving phlegm and eliminating dampness， promoting blood circulation and dissolving masses. Insect-derived and vine-based drugs are used in combination to enter the collaterals and directly target the disease site， thereby harmonizing nutrient and defense， regulating the

Zang-fu

organs， and ensuring unobstructed collateral vessels， ultimately promoting microvascular regeneration and the establishment

of collateral circulation for the treatment of this disease.
