摘要

克罗恩病（CD）是一种慢性炎症性肠病，临床特征包括腹痛、腹泻和血便等，对患者的生活质量造成了严重影响。基于《伤寒杂病论》探讨CD的中医治疗思路，对于湿热蕴结者，治以清热祛湿、化瘀解毒，如黄芩汤和白头翁汤；肝脾不调者，治以调肝理脾、疏通气机，采用四逆散或柴胡桂枝汤；寒热错杂者，治以寒热并用、攻补兼施，采用半夏泻心汤和乌梅丸；阳虚寒凝者，治以益气温阳、涩肠固脱，采用理中汤或桃花汤等。
