摘要

“圆运动”是彭子益根据春升、夏浮、秋降、冬沉的四时之气运动原理，认为木升、火浮、金降、水沉，土居升降沉浮之中，为气机之枢纽，四气由此升降如环的理论模型。基于“圆运动”理论，眩晕之病机为肝、脾、肾三经经气不升，肺、胆、胃三经经气不降，治疗应侧重于复升降之旧、旋转之常。“腹部推拿八法”包含刮肋弓、开四门、点三脘、补神阙、透天枢、行气海、提抖腹、轻摩腹共八种手法，崔述生教授将该法广泛运用于内科、儿科、妇科等诸多疾病的治疗，疗效显著。崔述生教授在治疗眩晕中辨证运用“腹部推拿八法”原理，为腹部推拿治疗内科病提供了新思路。

Abstract

"Circular movement" is the theory proposed by PENG Ziyi based on the movement principle of the four seasons： spring rising， summer floating， autumn descending， and winter sinking. He further suggests the movements of wood rising， fire floating， metal descending， water sinking in the cycle， earth as the pivot of

circulation， where the four seasons ascend and descend like a ring. According to the theory of "circular movement" dizziness is identified as a result of the liver， spleen， and kidney

not ascending， and the lung， gallbladder， and stomach

not descending. Therefore， treatment should focus on restoring the old ascending and descending patterns， the perpetual rotation. Professor CUI Shusheng extensively applies this method in the treatment of various diseases in internal medicine， pediatrics， gynecology， and achieves unique therapeutic effects in clinical practice.
