摘要

目的

观察美白玉容汤对黄褐斑肾虚血瘀证患者的临床疗效。

方法

选择2020年5月—2025年5月于北京中医药大学东方医院皮肤科、北京市丰台中西医结合医院治未病中心和皮肤科门诊首次就诊的黄褐斑肾虚血瘀证患者。分为观察组189例、对照组168例。对照组给予维生素E、维生素C口服，连续服用12周。观察组给予美白玉容汤口服，连续服用12周。对比2组治疗前后黄褐斑面积、严重指数（MASI）评分、VISIA图像评分及治疗后医生整体评价（PGA）评分分布、疗效。

结果

治疗后，2组MASI评分均较治疗前降低（

0.05），且观察组MASI评分低于对照组（

0.05）；2组斑点绝对分值、棕色斑绝对分值、红色区绝对分值均较治疗前降低（

0.01），且观察组斑点绝对分值低于对照组（

0.05）。治疗后，观察组PGA评分3分及以下占41.80%，4分及以下占84.66%；对照组PGA评分3分及以下占16.67%，4分及以下占70.94%；观察组PGA评分占比优于对照组（

0.05）。观察组总有效率为82.01%，高于对照组的65.47%（

0.05）。

结论

美白玉容汤可有效改善黄褐斑患者皮损面积和严重程度。

Abstract

Objective

To observe the clinical efficacy of

Meibai Yurong Decoction

in the treatment of patients with chloasma characterized by kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.

Methods

Patients with chloasma diagnosed as kidney deficiency with blood stasis syndrome who first visited the Dermatology Department of Don

gfang Hospital， Beijing University of Chinese Medicine， and the Center for Preventive Medicine and Dermatology outpatient clinic of Beijing Fengtai Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital between May 2020 and May 2025 were enrolled. A total of 357 patients were included and divided into an observation group （

=189） and a control group （

=168）. The control group received oral vitamin E and vitamin C for 12 consecutive weeks. The observation group received oral

Meibai Yurong Decoction

for 12 consecutive weeks. The Melasma Area and Severity Index （MASI） scores， VISIA image analysis scores， distribution of Physician Global Assessment （PGA） scores after treatment， and overall clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.

Results

After treatment， MASI scores in both groups were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment（

0.05）， and the MASI score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （

0.05）. The absolute scores of spots， brown spots， and red areas in both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment （

0.01）， and the absolute spot score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （

0.05）. After treatment， in the observation group， 41.80% of patients had a PGA score of≤3 and 84.66% had a PGA score of≤4； in the control group， 16.67% had a PGA score of≤3 and 70.94% had a PGA score of≤4. The distribution of PGA scores in the observation group was superior to that in the control group （

0.05）. The total effective rate in the observation group was 82.01%， which was higher than 65.47% in the control group （

0.05）.

Conclusion

Meibai Yurong Decoction

can effectively improve the lesion area and severity in patients with chloasma.
