摘要

杨卫彬教授基于“天人相应”的中医经典理论，认为不寐之本，在于阴阳失交，其治疗关键在于顺应天地阴阳消长之律，复其体内气机升降之序。杨卫彬教授运用“取类比象”思维，以双夏汤（半夏、夏枯草）为核心药对治疗不寐。半夏禀纯阳之性，夏至一阴生而生；夏枯草禀纯阴之质，夏至一阴生而枯。二药生长采收节律恰契合自然界阴阳转化之机；两者配伍，辛开苦降，寒温并用，借药物之自然属性，仿昼精夜寐、阳入于阴的生理节律。该药能调和少阳枢机，引阳入阴，对不寐有明显的治疗作用。

Abstract

Professor YANG Weibin， based on the classical theory of "correspondence between nature and humans" in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）， holds that the root cause of insomnia lies in the failure of

yin

and

yang

to interact. The key to treatment is to follow the natural waxing and waning of

yin

and

yang

and to restore the normal ascending and descending order of

movement within the body. Professor YANG applies the method of "taking images for analogy" and uses

Shuangxia Decoction

（composed of

Pinelliae Rhizoma

and

Prunellae Spica

as the core medicinal pair） for treating insomnia.

Pinelliae Rhizoma

is endowed with pure

yang

in nature and emerges when

yin

begins to arise at the

Summer Solstice

， whereas

Prunellae Spica

is endowed with pure

yin

and withers at the same time. The gro

wth and harvesting rhythms of these two herbal drugs correspond precisely to the transformation of

yin

and

yang

in nature. When used in combination， they exert pungent-opening and bitter-descending actions， with both warm and cold properties applied together. Through their natural attributes， they emulate the physiological rhythm of wakefulness during the day and sleep at night， in which

yang

enters

yin

. This herb pair can regulate the pivot of

Shaoyang

and guide

yang

into

yin

， thereby exerting a significant therapeutic effect on insomnia.
