摘要

伸直型桡骨远端骨折（EDRF）是急诊常见疾病。“三定点”手法是罗氏正骨法中治疗伸直型桡骨远端骨折的正骨手法，传承至今已有300余年的历史。罗素兰主任继承祖传经验，运用“三定点”手法治疗伸直型桡骨远端骨折50余年，手法“稳、准、轻、快”，临床安全有效。

Abstract

Extended distal radius fracture (EDRF) is a common condition in emergency practice. The "three-point technique" is a bone-setting manipulation used in LUO's orthopedic system for the treatment of EDRF and has been passed down for more than 300 years. Chief physician LUO Sulan has inherited this family tradition and has applied the "three-point technique" in the treatment of EDRF for over 50 years. The technique is characterized by stability

gentleness

and rapidity

and is clinically safe and effective.
