①理论解构:基于图论构建《脾胃论》病机网络,通过跨文本对齐(《类经》《伤寒论》)和图同构分析验证其与现代生理机制的结构相似性;②诊断转化:运用范围界定文献综述三级编码(开放→主轴→选择)确定阴火的现代替代证型;③实验互证:量化比较脾胃湿热证与非湿热证患者的额/手汗出比及舌下体温差异。
结果

①文本挖掘显示,阴火与湿热共享“脾胃失运→津液障碍→清阳不升”病机网络(Degree=15),且与现代“蒸发散热障碍”结构匹配;②现代文献研究确定“湿热证”为阴火核心替代诊断(占比58%);③脾胃湿热证患者额/手汗出比及舌下体温更高(

Treatise on Spleen and Stomach

) using a triangulation-based mixed research method, constructing an evidence chain of "ancient text mining–modern literature review–experimental validation" to promote paradigm innovation in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) classical text research.

① Theoretical deconstruction: A pathogenesis network of the
Treatise on Spleen and Stomach
was constructed based on graph theory, and its structural similarity with modern physiological mechanisms was verified through cross-text alignment [

] and graph isomorphism analysis; ② Diagnostic translation: A scoping review using three-level coding (open → axial → selective) was conducted to determine the modern alternative syndrome corresponding to yin fire; ③ Experimental verification: Quantitative comparisons were made of forehead-to-hand sweat output ratios and sublingual temperature differences between patients with spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome and those without.

① Text mining indicated that yin fire and dampness-heat share the pathogenesis network of "spleen-stomach dysfunction → fluid disorder → failure of clear

By constructing a closed-loop validation system through a mixed research approach, this study reveals the association between yin fire formation and spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome (impaired evaporative heat dissipation), providing a generalizable research paradigm for the contemporary interpretation of classical TCM theories.
