摘要

笔者在临床中发现1例以“咳血”为主要表现的“支气管扩张合并感染”，患者最终考虑为特发性肺含铁血黄素沉着症。特发性肺含铁血黄素沉着症成人发病率低，预后差，病理机制尚不明确，极易误诊，临床治疗方案尚无特定标准。本文报告该例成人特发性肺含铁血黄素沉着症并进行相关文献复习，为相关医务工作者提供中西医结合的临床经验。

Abstract

In clinical practice， the author encountered a case initially diagnosed as bronchiectasis complicated by infection， with hemoptysis as the main manifestation， which was ultimately considered to be idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis. Idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis in adults has a low incidence and a poor prognosis. Its pathological mechanism remains unclear， it is highly prone to misdiagnosis， and there is no established standard for clinical treatment. This article reports this case of adult idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis and reviews the relevant literature， with the aim of providing clinical experience in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for medical practitioners.
