摘要

<正>纤维化型间质性肺疾病患者有发展为进行性表型的风险,其特征是肺功能恶化、呼吸系统症状和生活质量恶化,以及早期死亡。中医多将此类疾病归属为"肺痿"范畴。本病常由多种因素导致肺叶萎弱不用,肺难于化生精气,由肺及肾,其本为肾不纳气。治疗上需要从补益肺肾论治,通过益气填精、补肺强肾、调补阴阳,使肺肾金水相生,摄纳复职,兼顾因虚所致痰浊、气滞、血瘀等,标本兼治,统筹全局以提高临床疗效。
