摘要

狼疮性脂膜炎，中医称之为“红蝴蝶疮”“阴阳毒”，其发病与阴阳失调关系密切，主要证型包括毒热炽盛证、阴血虚亏证、毒邪攻心证、肾阴亏损证、邪热伤肝证。燕京赵氏学派创始人赵炳南教授以着“调和阴阳”为原则，通过自身临床经验将秦艽丸化裁为秦艽五味方，有调和阴阳，攻补兼施之效，根据相应证型进行加减配伍，在临床上获得较好的疗效。总结燕京赵氏皮科学派从阴阳调和论治狼疮性脂膜炎的经验。
