摘要

目的,2,观察芪连扶正胶囊对非小细胞肺癌患者复合炎症标志物的干预作用。,方法,2,纳入热毒壅肺型或痰湿瘀阻型或肺脾气虚型非小细胞肺癌患者80例，随机分为对照组（标准一线方案化疗）和观察组（标准一线方案化疗+口服芪连扶正胶囊），各40例。2组均连续治疗2个治疗周期（6周）。比较2组临床疗效和治疗前后中性粒细胞-淋巴细胞比率（NLR）、C-反应蛋白/白蛋白比率（CAR）、全身免疫炎症指数（SII）和晚期肺癌炎症指数（ALI）4项复合炎症标志物的变化。,结果,2,观察组客观缓解率（62.50%）高于对照组（55.00%），但2组原发肿瘤疗效差异未见统计学意义（,P,>,0.05）；在改善肺癌中医症状评分方面，观察组有效率（77.50%）高于对照组（55.00%）（,P,<,0.05）；在改善患者卡氏评分方面，观察组总有效率（80.00%）高于对照组（62.50%），差异有统计学意义（,P,<,0.01）。与治疗前相比，2组患者的NLR和CAR水平均降低（,P,观察组,<,0.05，,P,对照组,>,0.05），ALI水平均升高（,P,观察组,<,0.05，,P,对照组,>,0.05）。观察期间，2组均未观察到明显不良反应。,结论,2,芪连扶正胶囊联合化疗，在改善非小细胞肺癌患者症状和功能状况方面优于单纯化疗，对复合炎症标志物水平有干预作用，可能通过抑制炎症发挥治疗非小细胞肺癌作用。
