摘要

腹泻型肠易激综合征是最常见的功能性胃肠病之一，属于中医学“腹痛”“泄泻”范畴。气机失调、五神不安是腹泻型肠易激综合征的重要病机。探讨“调气安神”治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的中医诊疗思路，并附验案进行分析。
