摘要

目的,2,探讨中医辨证应用中成药治疗腹膜透析患者便秘的临床疗效。,方法,2,按照随机数字表法将腹膜透析合并便秘患者60例分为治疗组及对照组，每组30例。根据中医辨证标准，将治疗组患者辨为肠道气滞证、阴虚肠燥证、脾虚气弱证，分别给予四磨汤口服液、麻仁软胶囊、便通胶囊治疗；对照组予乳果糖口服液治疗。2组均持续用药24周。观察并比较2组治疗前后便秘严重程度积分、生活量表评分、血清白蛋白、尿素、透析充分性等指标，评价中、西医疗效。,结果,2,治疗后，2组便秘、生活质量、透析充分性均有改善（,P,<,0.05），治疗组血清白蛋白及尿素改善优于对照组（,P,<,0.05），治疗组整体疗效优于对照组（,P,<,0.05）。,结论,2,中医辨证使用中成药治疗腹膜透析患者便秘疗效肯定。
