摘要

癌因性疲乏（cancer-related fatigue，CRF）是肿瘤患者最常见的症状之一，与肿瘤本身和治疗相关，具有发生快、持续时间长、程度重和不可预知等特点，严重影响肿瘤患者的生存质量。中医学认为，CRF可归属于“虚劳”范畴，脏腑功能不足、气血阴阳虚损为其发病的主要病机，病位多在肝、脾、肾，病性属虚实夹杂；而癌毒、手术、化疗、放疗、内分泌治疗等综合因素均可诱发乳腺癌CRF，可采用中药、针刺、灸法等中医疗法治疗。
