摘要

瘙痒和疼痛是皮肤病患者常见的症状，严重的瘙痒和疼痛可影响患者的身心健康，降低其生活质量。基于传统中医理论，从同属关系、转化关系、对立关系3个角度，对皮肤瘙痒和疼痛的病因病机进行梳理，结合现代医学研究，探讨二者的辨证关系。提出应用皮肤瘙痒和疼痛的关系对相关疾病辨阴阳、分虚实、判轻重，以指导临床治疗。
