摘要

现代研究发现胃食管反流病（GERD）与呼吸道疾病存在密切联系，GERD会通过微吸入、喉咽反流和神经反射等机制加重或诱发呼吸系统疾病，呼吸系统疾病也会通过影响膈膜运动、产生胸腔负压及食管-支气管神经串扰等加重或造成反流的发生。这种胃食管反流与呼吸系统的联系符合中医“肺”“胃”脏腑间相互关联的理论基础，二者共病以气机升降失常为基本病机，存在虚、热、痰等不同的证候要素。中医治疗时，以调节气机、调和肺胃为基本治法，日常可调息以达养生调护之功。
