摘要

目的,2,使用中医传承辅助平台软件，挖掘针灸治疗脊髓型颈椎病（CSM）的选穴与配穴规律。,方法,2,收集中国知网数据库（CNKI）、维普中文科技期刊数据库（VIP）、万方数据知识服务平台（WanFang Data）、PubMed数据库中关于针灸治疗CSM的文献，整理筛选后逐一录入中医传承辅助平台，进行选穴规律分析。,结果,2,共筛选出符合纳入及排除标准的文献44篇，穴位59个，其中出现频次居前 5 位的穴位依次为颈夹脊、曲池、外关、阳陵泉、悬钟；核心穴组15个，最终演化出新针灸处方4首。,结论,2,针灸治疗CSM选经以阳经为主，其中手阳明大肠经最多，选穴依据“循经所过、主治所及”的原则，治法以激发阳明经气配合局部舒筋通络活血、补肾益髓，可取得较好的疗效。
