摘要

目的,2,研究加味当归补血汤对接受股骨近端防旋髓内钉（PFNA）治疗的高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者围手术期失血量及骨折愈合的影响。,方法,2,将单侧股骨粗隆间骨折高龄患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。2组均采用闭合复位PFNA治疗，治疗组在此基础上配合加味当归补血汤口服治疗，对照组仅予安慰剂口服，均于术前2 d开始服用至术后14 d。观察2组术中显性失血量、术中至术后48 h隐性失血量、骨折愈合时间、髋关节功能。,结果,2,治疗组患者术中显性失血量、术中至术后48 h隐性失血量分别为（176.07±48.45）mL、（335.07±63.17）mL，对照组分别为（214.80±14.18） mL、（414.60±93.50）mL，治疗组显性失血量及隐性失血量均少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（,P,<,0.05）；术后治疗组患者骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组（,P,<,0.05），且髋关节功能改善优于对照组（,P,<,0.05）。,结论,2,行PFNA治疗的高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者，术前及术后服用加味当归补血汤可减少围手术期出血、促进骨折愈合、改善髋关节功能。
